For your family, roommates, a team, or friends who play pickleball together.

🛡️ The organizer PIN is only for you (keep it private). It's needed to delete the group, change PINs or remove tabs, so nobody else can wipe things by accident.

🔑 You'll get a group code. Share the code + PIN with your family or friends so they can open the same calendar. Anyone with the code and PIN can see and edit everything, so only share it with people you trust.

📱 Install it like an app

iPhone / iPad: open this page in Safari → tap Share ⬆️ → Add to Home Screen → Add. Open it from the Home Screen and enter your code + PIN once. (Phone alerts need iOS 16.4+ and the Home Screen app.)

Android: open in Chrome → ⋮ menu → Install app (or Add to Home screen).

Wall screen / tablet / computer: open the page in Chrome or Edge and use Install in the address bar, or just keep it open full screen.

📅 Show a Google, Outlook or iPhone calendar

Each person's tab can show their existing calendar (read-only). Inside your group, tap a tab's ⚙️ and paste the calendar's ICS link:

Google: calendar.google.com on a computer → ⚙️ Settings → pick the calendar on the left → Integrate calendar → copy Secret address in iCal format.

Outlook: Outlook on the web → ⚙️ Settings → Calendar → Shared calendars → Publish a calendar → "Can view all details" → Publish → copy the ICS link.

iPhone (iCloud): Calendar app → Calendars → ⓘ next to a calendar → turn on Public Calendar → Share Link → Copy.

🔒 Privacy

Each group's data is kept separately and only opens with its code + PIN. PINs are stored as salted hashes. Calendar links are kept on the server and never shown on screen. You can delete your group and all its data any time from ⚙️ Settings.
